Its colorful, strong, and simply cannot leak. Because the way the roof is installed, namely that the fasteners are underneath the roofing panels, there is no possibility of to water passing through from the outside to the inside. Because it's a metal, it does have a tendency to expand and contract, which is normal. It has a built in ventilation system, because of the shape of the panels, which allows air to pass underneath the metal and ventilate through the ridge. This is a great advantage to being able to ventilate the interior of the house, while having no additional ventilation holes. We simply love this roof!
